Choosing Art

How do you chose what you put on your walls? Paintings, drawings or prints by style? By color? Things you, your children or your friends make? I belong to the latter, but occasionally I buy something from an artist I love. If I can afford it! And I would love to afford something by this artistic duo.
Jónsi & Alex is the artistic collaboration between the Icelandic singer Jón Þór Birgisson and American artist Alex Somers. They've been working together since they first met in the USA  2003. This multi talented pair now live and work in Reykjavík, Iceland. Here are a few examples of their work - a limited edition book and a music album, both named  Riceboy Sleeps

Today I listen to: John Mayer Trio

What can I say? What a treat! John Mayer - he'll be a legend in his own time. Here he plays Ain't no sunshine when she's gone.
Phew.... Love the comments over at Youtube: One say: "Better than s-x". Another comment (since this is from a live concert): "Q: How do get a crowd of 100,000 to shut up and listen? A: Bring the volume down ...works every time." BB King, Jimi Hendrix, and Eric Clapton - you've got nothing to worry about. He's following in your footsteps.
