DIY Trädkojor - Tree House Inspiration for this summer

En del trädkojor är häftigare än andra. Som dessa mästerverk jag hittat på den idésprängda webbplatsen Inspiration Green. Där hittar du även en massa andra klimatsmarta projekt. Skulle du kunna tänka dig att bygga något av dess hus i sommar?

Stunning Tree Houses from Inspiration Green. Love to have them all, but suspect all but the middle one, will take more than a summer to finish? Which one would you build if you had the place and time?

DIY Green House - Växthus av petflaskor nästa?

Har du långt till återvinningsstationen kanske detta kan vara något? Ett växthus av PET flaskor. Funkar lika bra på balkongen som i trädgården.

Det finns ju tyvärr en del PET-flaskor som inte går att returnera. Släng dom inte! Fyll dom istället med vatten, bygg en skärmvägg eller litet hus mot söder, och du har ett temperaturutjämnande vindskydd/växthus för sommarens odlingar. (Tipstack till Hannu S.)

OK, so plastic bottles may not be the first thing you think of when you say Wabi Sabi. But the idea is clever, especially if you live in a country with no or poor re-cycling system...

DIY Decorating on a budget - Panelvägg av pallvirke

Meet Katy. A "mechanical engineer by day and a home wrecker by night", who says she in love with her nail gun. I believe her.

Katy is a single mom who is renovating her home on a budget. This is one of her latest projects: wall panelling made of trash/scrap pallets. Very clever. She is thinking of painting the panel white. Think again, Katy ;-)

Skral ekonomi är inget hinder, när denna frånskilda småbarnsmamma greppar spikpistolen. Senaste projektet: en heltäckande väggpanel av kasserade lastpallar, som hon fått från en fabrik i grannskapet. Så helt rätt 2011.
