If you don't like pink - stay away from green!

Emerald Green is trendy this year. Again! Last time was 2011
Emerald Green, or most greens for that matter, are difficult to use in your home. Unless you want everything around the green walls, carpets, sofas or whatever, to appear pink, you either stay away from green or know how to match it. The safest way is to leave the green shades outside like they have here.

  1. I'll let the forest and mosses be high fashion this season and keep my ethnic global reds, organges, rusts and browns in the house!! Beautiful photos... somewhere beneath all this snow is that green!

  2. Ahh, gorgeous photos!
Yes, Mother Nature is THE expert when it comes to "decorating" with emerald and forest greens :)
Although, I do have a beautiful old bohemian deep green velvet patchwork bed cover, which is exquisite and goes very nicely with a deep red bedroom wall.
But that's pretty much the only green I have in the house.
I'm with Valerianna, I like my bohemian rich colours inside to complement the greens outside :)

  3. Sound like you guys are two daring ladies! Indeed green is calming. The trick is to find the right nuance. Thanks for your input, Valerianna and Vicki.
